Special Instructions for Ordering Blankets

All blankets are limited to an OPTIONAL 25 letters of text.
After you review your order a page will display to input your "Shipping Address". Below your shipping information you will see " *Print 1 Info. (Name(s), Birthday(s), & Personal Message:" this is where you input your OPTIONAL text up to 25 letters.

Your blanket can be personalized with text and there's never an extra charge for this service! Please do not incorporate the text in the photos or images you submit. Use the order form to specify the text you desire. Our graphics designers will determine the best area for placement on the blanket. Please check the spelling of any text you submit. We are not responsible for typographical errors based on an incorrect submission.

After your purchase

Don't forget to submit your photograph/s to us via email or through the U.S. Postal Service after your purchase.

If mailing we recommend using a photo mailer to ensure proper care of your photograph during transit. Photos mailed to us will be returned with your blanket or pillow. Prints Charming is not responsible for photographs lost or damaged in transit.

Photo Requirements

Our products are knitted and weaved from your actual photographs or digital images. Either color or black and white photos may be submitted. While any photo can be knitted into a blanket for best results we recommend clear close up or portrait style photos with good contrast. Photos taken with a digital camera should be high resolution. Printouts of digital images should not be sent nor should images downloaded from the web as these do not result in a quality product. We reserve the right to crop your photographs to focus on the main subject. This ensures that you receive a better product. Scan photos at 300dpi and save as .jpg files. For best results scan only the area of the photo you wish to display. Please limit the size of your file to not more than 1.2mb.

Manufacturing and Shipping Timeframes

All Prints Charming items are custom made from your photographs. Elite and Acrylic orders will usually be shipped in 14-17 days from the receipt date of the order. The Full color Throw is shipped in 5-6 weeks. Please allow more time for the holidays. Orders are shipped using standard UPS Ground delivery to locations only within the United States. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
